Hard Rock International (HRI) has established a strategic partnership with online reservations platform OpenTable to enhance the hospitality experience across its US and European locations.
The partnership will enable guests to book reservations using Hard Rock International’s website, the OpenTable app or the OpenTable website.
It will also allow Hard Rock to promote key restaurant events and programmes to the OpenTable diner network.
Hard Rock International café operations president Stephen K Judge said: “Hard Rock International maintains 184 cafés that are visited by more than 79 million guests each year, therefore, delivering exceptional hospitality is of great importance for the brand.
“Selecting OpenTable as our official restaurant reservation partner provides us with the tools and insights needed to better connect with our guests and customise their experience, whether they want to alert us to special occasions or request a table under their favourite artist’s memorabilia.”
The partnership will allow Hard Rock to streamline table management and offer accurate wait times based on real-time table availability.
OpenTable enterprise and global hotels group president Eric Yusefzadeh said: “We’re honoured that Hard Rock Café has selected OpenTable to help fans around the globe reserve the perfect table at their must-visit destination restaurants.
“We’re happy to help Hard Rock Café elevate hospitality with our flagship restaurant management product GuestCenter and grow business through the power of the OpenTable global diner network.”
Hard Rock currently operates 184 restaurants, 27 hotels and 12 casinos across 75 countries.
OpenTable offers its online restaurant reservations to more than 27 million diners per month.
