International hospitality and restaurant services firm Hospitality House (HH) has purchased US-based foodservice consulting firm Hicks Design Group.

The deal expands Hospitality House’s suite of services with the addition of foodservice planning and design from Hicks Design, including food and beverage focused pre-development consulting, real estate services and talent procurement.

Following the completion of the transaction, Hicks Design founder Cody Hicks will join HH’s newly formed division as its managing partner.

Hicks Design offers foodservice design expertise to various restaurateurs and chefs such as Daniel Boulud, Todd English, Jean-Georges Vongerichten and Tom Colicchio.

The company has also worked with major companies including the Culinary Institute of America, Soho House, Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Eataly, Google and NBC Universal.
