The International House of Pancakes (IHOP) has launched a new menu in the US that is inspired by Paramount Pictures’ latest film ‘IF’, set to hit theatres on 17 May 2024.
The new offering includes seven food and beverage options themed around the movie, and will be available until 16 June at participating restaurants nationwide.
Among the highlights are Blue’s Dazzleberry Pancakes, which come in blue raspberry flavour, topped with vanilla mousse, whipped topping and Fruity Pebbles. These can be ordered as either a full stack or short stack.
For younger diners, the Blue’s Dazzleberry Jr Combo includes one Blue’s Dazzleberry Pancake, one scrambled egg, one pork sausage link, and one slice of bacon.
Another option is Lewis’ Cinn-A-Bear Stack, which consists of a buttermilk pancake with cinnamon spread, cream cheese icing, cinnamon sugar doughnut holes and whipped topping. It is also available as a full or short stack.
The MagnIFicent French Toast Sandwich is a savoury dish with a folded omelette-style egg, pork sausage patty, hash browns, American cheese and chipotle mayo on French Toast. It can be served with old-fashioned syrup and a choice of side.

Blossom’s Orangesicle is a mix of lemonade, lemon-lime soda and vanilla syrup, topped with whipped topping, Fruity Pebbles and a gummi butterfly.
The Unbelieva-Blue Soda Pop is a blend of lemon-lime soda and blue raspberry syrup, garnished with The Original Bomb Pop, which changes the drink’s colour to purple.
IHOP chief marketing officer Kieran Donahue said: “Our new IF menu brings the magic of the movie to life like only IHOP can – through our iconic pancakes, French toast and new and exciting beverage options.
“This collaboration is designed to create meaningful experiences for our guests while continuing to serve joy with craveable menu options inspired by timely cultural moments like IF.”
Paramount Pictures worldwide marketing partnerships executive vice president Michelle Hagen said: “The IHOP brand is iconic, enduring and synonymous with fun experiences, making them the perfect partner for IF.”
In April 2024, IHOP broadened its menu with the reintroduction of Pepsi Maple Syrup Cola across participating restaurants in the US.
This beverage, which combines the usual taste of Pepsi with the sweet touch of maple syrup, is also offered as a float with vanilla ice cream.
