Denmark-based catering services company ISS has secured a five-year facility management contract to offer catering and other services to UK-based retail and business bank TSB.

TSB has awarded this contract to ISS in a move to focus on offering a purpose-led solution for its employees and customers.

As part of the contract, ISS will offer catering services at eight corporate sites across the UK starting in November this year.

“Using our experience of the sector, we will continue to improve the experience through the implementation of an innovative solution.”

ISS UK & Ireland country manager Matthew Brabin said: “This is a great opportunity to make a real difference to the ongoing estates strategy of TSB and help improve the experience for all their customers and partners.

“Using our experience of the sector, we will continue to improve the experience through the implementation of an innovative solution with people and technology at the forefront.”

The integrated solution will feature planned and reactive maintenance and cleaning services to around 550 branches of TSB.

The catering firm will also offer security and reception services at the corporate sites across the UK.

In February this year, the company combined all of its current catering operations into a new operating platform called ISS Food Services in an attempt to become one of the UK’s “true premier leading players” in contract catering.
