Jack in the Box, a key player in the US quick-service restaurant industry, has entered a franchising agreement to open 12 new restaurant venues in Chicago.
This move underscores the brand’s growth strategy and follows the planned openings of two CloudKitchens in downtown Chicago, in addition to eight company-operated locations set for development in the suburbs.
Jack in the Box’s menu offerings include burgers, tacos, chicken sandwiches and milkshakes, as well as breakfast and late-night snacks.
The new locations will cater to various customer preferences with dine-in, drive-through, and mobile ordering options, aiming to enhance accessibility for consumers in Chicago.
The restaurant company noted that it has identified over 100 additional franchise opportunities within the Chicago Metro Area, and is actively seeking experienced multi-unit operators and business owners to join its expanding franchisee network.
Jack in the Box franchise development vice-president Van Ingram said: “We are excited to bring Jack in the Box back to Chicago and believe that our craveable 24/7 menu with breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacking, and industry-leading late night offerings will connect with the local community.
