American quick service restaurant chain Jack in the Box has signed two agreements to open a total of 15 new outlets in Michigan and Florida.
The agreements include five new commitments in Michigan with Niraj Patel and a ten-store development deal in Orlando, Florida with owner Ed Zausch.
The Michigan agreement will introduce the brand to the southwest and southcentral regions of the state.
The new locations are planned across the city of Kalamazoo and in Calhoun and Kent counties. Each will feature Jack in the Box’s CRAVED [cultural, relevant, authentic, visible, easy and distinctive] design with modern aesthetics and vibrant signage.
Jack in the Box chief development officer Tim Linderman said: “The continued expansion into Florida and Michigan matches up with our strategic growth plan for new markets.
“With the recent success of our new market openings in Salt Lake City and Louisville, we’ve recognised how much pent-up demand Jack in the Box has across the country.
