Jimmy’s Egg is set to expand its presence by opening a new location in Mission, Texas.

The new location increases its total locations across the US to 61.

Planned to open on 14 January, the new restaurant will be capable of accommodating 133 guests and will offer a range of breakfast and lunch items. It will employ around 25 associates.

Franchise group Sunset Living head Eduardo Barron said: “We are very excited to continue expanding Jimmy’s Egg in the Rio Grande Valley and join the Mission community. We look forward to bringing fresh, cooked to order breakfast and lunch offerings to Mission.”

The company offers a range of breakfast menu choices to customers, including the Jimmy’s Garbage Breakfast and Premium Hash Brown Skillets, as well as eggs benedict, buttermilk, cinnamon rolls and caramel apple flavoured pancakes.

French toast and Belgian waffles are also available.

The restaurant chain’s lunch menu includes sandwiches, burgers, grilled chicken salad, strawberry spinach salad and steak.

In addition, Jimmy’s Egg offers a wide range of beverages, including flavoured iced coffee.

In 2017, Jimmy’s Egg introduced a catering programme offering various breakfast and lunch options, including customised orders.
