Quick service restaurant business KFC Western Europe has embarked on a strategic initiative to enhance its operational efficiency and customer brand experience by implementing Trace One Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).

The move will consolidate vast amounts of data and streamline product development, packaging and networking processes.

Trace One PLM is a cloud-based solution offering analytics capabilities that are expected to bring about significant improvements in operational efficiencies and error reduction for the brand.

The choice of Trace One was based on its grasp of the unique challenges faced by the fast food chain and its commitment to working closely with KFC’s teams.

Trace One PLM will be configured to align with KFC’s business requirements, ensuring a tailored approach to managing its complex data and processes.

The adoption of Trace One PLM will enable KFC to unify and connect disparate data sources within the company, creating a “single source of truth.”
