Tip management software Kickfin has announced a new integration with SkyTab, a comprehensive restaurant point-of-sale (POS) system provided by Shift4.

The collaboration will aid restaurants in managing and distributing tips by enabling automatic calculation of tip pools and direct bank payouts to employees, eliminating the need for cash or payment cards.

Marco’s Pizza, Dave & Buster’s, Beef ‘O’ Brady’s and Bar Louie are already utilising Kickfin and will benefit from the enhanced capability to modernise their tip management processes.

Kickfin is designed for ease of use and flexibility, eliminates difficult tip calculations and cash from the payout equation, and ensures accuracy and compliance.

Shift4 launched SkyTab POS for restaurants in September 2022.

Known for enhancing restaurant operations and guest experiences, it features integrated online ordering, contactless payments, marketing tools, loyalty programmes and comprehensive reporting.
