Flayva, a street food hall at Al Ghurair Centre, has expanded its international culinary lineup with the opening of ‘Kimo’, a Korean concept brand.

Kimo will offer authentic Korean flavours and traditions in Dubai, according to a press release posted on Zawya.

The menu at Kimo has a variety of internationally popular South Korean dishes, popularised by the country’s dramas and novels.

Among the highlights are Tteobokki variations including the classic spicy-sweet version, Rose Tteobokki, Carbonara Tteobokki, Mala Tteobokki, and Cheese Tteobokki.

Rabokki, a dish combining chewy rice cakes with noodles in a special sauce, is available in fish, chicken, or beef options.

Additionally, Tteok Kkochi, crispy rice cakes in Cheese and So-Tteok flavours are also available.
