Krispy Kreme has announced the reinstatement of online ordering, accompanied by a series of new deals.  

In December 2024, the doughnut chain experienced a cyberattack that led to operational disruptions, including online ordering issues across the US.

From 30 December 2024 to 5 January 2025, its customers are being offered a week-long celebration of New Year 2025 deals. 

The $12 Dozens deal, available from 3 January to 5 January, includes either Original Glazed or Classic Assorted dozens with a limit of four per customer.  

This offer is accessible in-store, through drive-through services and online for both pick-up and delivery. 

The New Year’s Double Dozen offer, priced at $20.25, was valid from 30 December to New Year’s Day and comprised two Original Glazed dozens or a combination of one Original Glazed dozen with a Classic Assorted dozen or speciality dozen.

Krispy Kreme contributed to the holiday celebrations by providing free delivery from 30 December 2024 through to New Year’s Day 2025 on orders above $5.

Krispy Kreme chief brand officer Dave Skena stated: “As we close out 2024, we are so grateful for Krispy Kreme fans, including for their patience as we experienced problems with online ordering.”

In November 2024, Krispy Kreme expanded its menu with four new doughnuts as part of the Thanksgiving Pies Doughnut Collection.  

Drawing inspiration from traditional holiday pies, thiefestive assortment was available from 7 November until the US Thanksgiving holiday at the end of the month.
