Kura Sushi USA, a subsidiary of Japan-based Kura Sushi, has launched a limited-time menu, giving guests the option to taste unique sushi offerings.
The newly launched platform, Kura Reserve, offers seasonally inspired premium creations and complements the permanent menu.
The limited-time offerings, curated eight times a year, will be rolled out for two-week periods from 11 April 2025.
This exclusive selection will be accessible at participating Kura Revolving Sushi Bar venues.
Kura Sushi USA head of marketing and vice-president Newton Hoang stated: “Kura Reserve allows us to showcase the craft and creativity of our product development team with ingredients that shine at their seasonal best. It’s an opportunity to delight our guests with elevated and memorable food offerings while staying rooted in the authenticity that defines our brand.”
The first Kura Reserve menu offers dishes such as bluefin tuna and Japanese wagyu.
Premium options include Otoro, a fatty belly cut, Chutoro, a firmer mid-section cut, and Akami, the leanest cut with a deep red hue.
Patrons can also savour Wasabi Bluefin Tuna Akami, Bluefin Tuna Norimaki and the Bluefin Tuna Trio, which combines all three cuts on one plate.
The menu features Kumamoto Wagyu beef from Japan’s Kumamoto Prefecture, garnished with garlic chips.
For dessert, there is Strawberry Cheesecake Parfait, layering frozen strawberries and jam with vanilla ice cream and New York cheesecake.
Menu items and pricing will vary by location, and all Kura Reserve dishes are exclusively available for dine-in while stocks last.
