Lebanese restaurant brand Laziza is set to open its third restaurant in Malmö at Vista (Bläckhornet 1) in Hyllie, Sweden.
Located on two floors in Wihlborgs’ Vista office building, the new restaurant will cover a 600m² area.
Vista will be Wihlborgs’ fourth office building in Hyllie and will be completed by the end of 2025.
Wihlborgs CEO Ulrika Hallengren stated: “The queues to Laziza’s existing restaurants are out the door, so we are genuinely excited to bring the concept to Vista and Hyllie.
“It will be a welcome addition to the offering and the atmosphere in the entire area. Laziza also takes important steps to increase employment, which is positive for the region’s development.”
Laziza’s new restaurant will open at the end of 2025, joining the company’s two other restaurants at Baltzarsgatan in central Malmö and Hallenborgs Gata in the Dockan neighbourhood.

By GlobalDataThe Vista’s roof will be used to grow the spices and herbs Laziza chefs use in food preparation.
The new location will be 50% staffed by women, of whom 90% have no job experience in Sweden.
Laziza founder and Chef Sadoo Iskandarani stated: “Vista’s high sustainability ambitions are entirely aligned with our offering, with a great deal of vegetarian and locally sourced food.
“Our concept has worked very well for the past thirteen years and we’re now ready to take the next step with a restaurant in Hyllie, where we already provide a lot of catering.
“We are keen to build bridges in our work, between people as well as between countries. It’s therefore an important symbol for us to be so close to the Öresund Bridge and the continent, and also more neighbourhoods in Malmö.”
