US-based restaurant group Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises has selected Ultimate Software’s UltiPro solution to boost operational performance and improve the employee experience.
The restaurant firm serves guests at over 60 concepts ranging from fast-casual restaurants such as M Burger to fine-dining Michelin-starred establishments such as Everest.

Lettuce Entertain You earlier used a legacy, on-premise solution to administer the human capital management (HCM) for its 8,000 corporate and restaurant employees.
The company’s plan to implement HR technology is part of an enterprise-wide digital transformation. It seeks to better support operations and enhance the employee experience.
UltiPro’s Cloud-based direct access will allow employees to manage their human capital transactions from their phones. Personal information and check pay, benefits, and PTO balances can be updated by employees without the need to contact HR.
