Keith Faigin has been promoted to restaurant systems chief information officer, after a decade with the brand.
His role has been pivotal in advancing the company’s e-commerce platform and securing multiple patents.
Afia Phillips has ascended to the role of chief information security officer (CISO).

Little Caesars has also named Lance Shinabarger as shared technologies and applications chief information officer.
With more than two decades of IT management experience, Lance has been instrumental in overseeing Little Caesars’ global infrastructure and other Ilitch businesses since joining the company in 2017.
Little Caesars global chief information officer Anita Klopfenstein said: “These promotions highlight the incredible talent and dedication of our leadership team.
“Keith, Afia and Lance have consistently demonstrated their commitment to innovation and excellence through their strong leadership. We are confident that they will continue to drive our technology initiatives forward.”
In November 2023, Little Caesars signed two franchise development agreements to open 15 new locations in Boston and Chicago in the US.
Little Caesars plans to expand its presence across major cities in the country.
