Chinese coffeehouse chain Luckin Coffee has added the Oat Milk Series to its menu in Singapore, comprising the Oat Milk Latte and Oat Shakerato.

The new offerings are made with OATLY Barista Edition Oat Milk to cater to the growing demand for plant-based and lactose-free beverages.

Oat Milk Latte is available at a special launch price of S$4.50 until 30 September 2024. Luckin Coffee describes the drink as having a velvety texture, achieved through a unique ristretto extraction process.

The Oat Shakerato, to be introduced on 20 September 2024, is described as creamy and lactose-free, ideal for customers seeking a plant-based option on warmer days.

The brand plans to expand the use of OATLY Barista Edition Oat Milk across selected drinks on its menu. The milk can be requested for an additional S$0.50.

In a statement, Luckin Coffee said: “Luckin Coffee’s Oat Milk Series delivers a burst of richness, proving that oat is truly the Greatest Of All Time (GOAT) of plant-based drinks.
