American restaurant chain Marco’s Pizza has launched a new store design in Meridian, Idaho, aiming to bolster its nationwide expansion while elevating the customer experience.
Located at 3135 E Overland, the updated store reflects extensive research and data-driven decisions and features aesthetic and operational improvements.
The Meridian corporate-owned store is part of a broader development plan announced earlier in 2024, which includes four new locations in the Boise market, serving as a testing ground for the company’s new concepts.
The new store design aligns with Marco’s refreshed brand platform, offering a brighter and more contemporary atmosphere.
It includes a dedicated waiting area for guests, along with pick-up door and window options for a smoother customer experience.
The store has introduced QR code and mobile phone access for enhanced customer engagement.
