US-based fast-casual concept Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls is set to open in Promenade Saucon Valley shopping mall at Center Valley in the US state of Pennsylvania.
This is the brand’s first venture into the state. The location is scheduled to open between June and mid-September 2024.
The restaurant chain is known for its classic Maine-style lobster rolls, made with chunks of lobster meat and butter.
The company stated via Saucon Source: “Part of Mason’s appeal is the fast-casual restaurant environment that welcomes guests to an authentic Maine experience with taste-tantalising lobster at fair prices.”
Mason’s menu also features entrées, soups, sides, desserts, drinks and a children’s selection.
The upcoming Mason’s outlet will occupy a 1,500ft² space adjacent to Slime Time, near the AMC movie theatre at the shopping centre’s west end. This position next to eateries including Top Cut, Melt and Torre, and close to entertainment venues, positions it well for attracting a diverse clientele.
