McDonald’s Japan is set to enhance its dessert offerings with the introduction of a new Asian Sweets lineup featuring three new items, Japan Today has reported.

The fast-food giant aims to launch Salt Lychee McShake, the McFlurry Annin Mango and Banana Caramel Pie from 5 June 2024.

The Salt Lychee McShake is an aromatic blend of sweet and tangy lychee juice with a hint of salt.

The McFlurry Annin Mango draws inspiration from the traditional Japanese dessert annindofu, known as almond tofu.

This dessert combines almond tofu cream, mango purée and McDonald’s signature soft serve ice cream, topped with almond-flavoured crushed corn snacks.

The Banana Caramel Pie features a filling of banana purée and creamy caramel, enriched with brown sugar and condensed milk.
