The report said that the new location, which covers an area of more than 3000ft², will feature a McCafe, a dine-in area and a takeaway counter,
The restaurant is also equipped with four self-ordering kiosks to customers save customers time.
The news agency quoted McDonald’s India (W&S) managing director Saurabh Kalraas saying: “The drive-through outlet that combines convenience, speed and quality aims to make customers’ journeys more enjoyable and stress-free.
“McDonald’s 35-40% of new stores will be drive-thruoughs across major city suburbs and national highways over the next four-five years.”
Kalra explained that the restaurant brand also plans to expand its footprint in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, as well as across more western and southern markets.
With the addition of the new drive-through location, McDonald’s now has three locations in T2.
