
Food robotics company Miso Robotics has partnered with water, hygiene and infection prevention company Ecolab to develop next-generation automation solutions for the foodservice industry.
Ecolab will invest in Miso Robotics to support its growth and innovation.
The investment will also allow the partnership to leverage automation and digital solutions to improve food safety, hygiene and efficiency in the food industry.
The collaboration will focus on next-generation automation and cleaning solutions.

Founded in 2016, Miso Robotics developed Flippy, the world’s first autonomous robotic kitchen assistant.
With the capability to grill and fry, Flippy automates the fry station for quick service restaurants.
The artificial intelligence (AI) powered solution can carry out all the food preparation tasks at the fry station with accuracy and speed, improving the throughput of the kitchen.
