Belfast-headquartered foodservice firm Mount Charles has secured a seven-year contract to provide catering services for Ireland-based national public media organisation Raidió Teilifís Éireann (RTÉ).
As part of the contract, the catering firm will deliver its food and beverages for 1,822 staff members of RTÉ’s Donnybrook campus. It includes RTÉ’s television and radio studios, and the Fair City set.
The catering firm is spending £100k to offer food concepts such as Real Good Food, Honest and Urban Square Coffee.
Using local ingredients, Real Good Food aims to provide traditional home comfort food in a new way.
Along with providing some comprehensive nutritional information, Honest will serve fresh, non-processed food and juices.
Urban Square Coffee intends to transform the radio coffee shop experience into a destination venue.
