Noodles & Company has announced a significant overhaul of its menu, with two-thirds of offerings new or improved.
The change follows 18 months of extensive testing and innovation.

CEO Drew Madsen stated: “This is the biggest investment Noodles & Company has ever made in its menu, driven by extensive research, rigorous testing and a deep commitment to innovation — ensuring we deliver exactly what our guests crave.”
The new menu items cater to diverse tastes and include dishes such as Buffalo Chicken Ranch Mac & Cheese, Cajun Shrimp Fettuccine, Garlic Bacon Crunch Mac & Cheese, Green Goddess Cobb Salad, Lemon Parmesan Broccoli and Pulled Pork BBQ Mac & Cheese.
Each dish is made with premium ingredients and more sauce and vegetables.

Test market results show a significant increase in guest satisfaction across all key dimensions and give us great confidence as we embark on this new beginning for Noodles.”
Buffalo Chicken Ranch Mac & Cheese is elbow noodles in a creamy blend of cheddar and jack cheeses, topped with parmesan-crusted chicken, drizzled with Buffalo sauce, and finished with green onions, crispy onions and a ranch drizzle.
Garlic Bacon Crunch Mac & Cheese consists of elbow noodles in a garlic cheddar sauce with bacon and white cheddar, topped with onions, parmesan cheese and fresh herbs.
Pulled Pork BBQ Mac & Cheese is made from elbow noodles [macaroni] with cheddar and jack cheese sauce, topped with pulled pork, BBQ sauce, green onions and crispy onions. Cajun Shrimp Fettuccine is fettuccine noodles in a Cajun-spiced Alfredo sauce with shrimp, bacon and roasted red peppers, finished with parmesan and green onions.
Green Goddess Cobb Salad is a mix of greens, grilled chicken, bacon, hard-boiled egg, avocado, feta, grape tomatoes, Persian cucumber, pickled red onions and garlic croutons.
Lemon Parmesan Broccoli is fresh broccoli florets topped with salted butter, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, parsley and lemon.
Noodles & Company promises more vegetables and sauce on the refreshed menu items Creamy Cheddar Mac & Cheese, Rigatoni Rosa, Basil Pesto Cavatappi and Chicken Caesar Salad.
