Nothing Before Coffee (NBC), a premier coffee chain based in Jaipur, India, has inaugurated its 64th outlet, which is in the city of Pune.

The new store in the upscale Viman Nagar residential neighbourhood provides affordable coffee and a variety of other beverages and snacks.

NBC has added 17 outlets in the second quarter of the financial year 2024/25, and is aiming to become a staple for coffee enthusiasts across the country.

The Pune store offers a modern setting and a diverse menu including organic coffee, shakes, mocktails, snacks and meals.

The company’s expansion strategy has not only focused on Tier-1 cities but also Tier-2, enhancing its reach across 26 cities in 13 Indian states.

In the first half of 2024, NBC has seen its highest-ever store addition with the opening of 20 new outlets.

The brand’s growth trajectory includes launching 30 new stores in the third quarter of 2024. It aims to reach a Rs1bn ($13.3m) revenue run rate by March 2025.

This ambitious target reflects NBC’s confidence in the Indian market and its potential for further expansion.

In April 2024, NBC made its entry to the global market with an outlet in Portugal.

NBC was founded by Akshay Kedia, Anand Jain, Ankesh Jain and Shubham Bhandari.
