US-based restaurant chain Outback Steakhouse has introduced the Hot Wing Roo-lette, a new in-restaurant experience for diners.

Customers can enjoy this interactive challenge, which offers a twist on the traditional wing-eating experience.

Diners who opt for this experience will receive a plate of five wings, but only one wing will be loaded with a spicy kick.

Participants will spin a wheel to determine their wing selection, and with the first bite, they will discover if they have chosen the spicy surprise.

Diners are also invited to capture their reactions and share their moments on social media.

The challenge is available at participating Outback Steakhouse locations for a limited time.

In September 2024, Outback Steakhouse brought back its Great Barrier Eats menu for a limited time.

It offered the flavours of the Great Barrier Reef and a variety of new dishes that blend land and sea ingredients.

Highlights from the Great Barrier Eats selection featured Twin Reefs Shrimp, Bloomin’ French Onion Sirloin, and Tasmanian Shrimp & Scallop Pasta, each designed to capture the essence of Australian cuisine.

Last year, Outback Steakhouse also announced the debut of Steakmas.

Outback Steakhouse offers a variety of steaks. The menu features large cuts of steak along with items such as the Bloomin’ Onion.

The menu included Three Cheese Steak Dip, the Bloomin’ French Onion Sirloin, the Chimichurri Filet, and the Bourbon Onion Ribeye.
