Panera Bread has expanded its presence in Massachusetts, US with the opening of a new bakery-café at 121 Brookline Avenue, Boston, close to the iconic Fenway Park.
The addition is the 41st Panera location in the state and the 61st across New England as the brand grows its footprint in the region.
The new 4,500ft² bakery-café has been opened by PR Restaurants, a franchisee of US-based fast-casual restaurant company Panera.
It is committed to serving food prepared with responsibly sourced proteins and “clean” ingredients.
This term refers to the company’s pledge to exclude artificial preservatives, sweeteners, flavours and colours from artificial sources, as outlined in Panera’s “no-no” list, from all its US bakery-cafés.
The Brookline Avenue menu includes salads, soups, sandwiches, sweets and flatbread pizzas.
