US-based bakery-café chain Panera Bread has launched its autumn 2024 soup line-up, featuring new and returning delicacies.
The selection comprises Hearty Fireside Chili, Rustic Baked Potato Soup and the relaunched Autumn Squash Soup.

Hearty Fireside Chili offers a combination of beef, kidney beans, fire-roasted tomatoes and green chili peppers, seasoned with chilis and cilantro [coriander].
Rustic Baked Potato Soup is creamy and cheesy, with homestyle cuts of potatoes, bacon, chive and seasoning in a Monterey Jack cheese sauce, topped with melted asiago cheese.
Autumn Squash Soup is a mix of butternut squash and pumpkin in a vegetable broth with honey, apple juice, cinnamon and a touch of curry, finished with sweet cream and topped with roasted, salted pumpkin seeds.
Panera’s year-round menu includes Creamy Tomato soup, Homestyle Chicken Noodle soup, Cream of Chicken & Wild Rice soup and Bistro French Onion soup.
The brand also offers a new kids’ menu that includes the Whole Sized Grilled Cheese, the Kids’ Turkey & Cheese Sandwich and the Kids’ Ham & Cheese Sandwich, along with Mac & Cheese and Broccoli Cheddar Soup.
The children’s menu gives the choice of an apple, a French baguette or chips as a side.

In August 2024, Panera Bread added five new bakery items and three croissant breakfast sandwiches to its menu.
