American pizza restaurant chain Papa Johns has announced the return of its Cheesy Burger Pizza for the summer season 2024 in response to demand from customers.

Cheesy Burger Pizza is made from dough topped with a signature burger sauce, beef, tomato, dill pickle and mozzarella.

It is served with a cup of the brand’s special garlic sauce and pepperoncini.

To complement the pizza, Papa Johns has also introduced two new items: Cheesy Burger Papadia, priced at $6.99, and Cheesy Burger Papa Bites for $4.99.

Papa Rewards members have been given early access to the Cheesy Burger Trio lineup. For other customers, it will be available from 13 June 2024.

Papa Johns integrated marketing and menu strategy vice-president Kimberly Bean said: “The Cheesy Burger Pizza has been a favourite for over a decade and fans have let us know they want it back.
