US pizza chain Papa John’s International has expanded its global presence by opening its first Pakistan location in Lahore.
As part of this expansion, the company has also signed a 45-store development agreement with its master franchisee PJ Crescent CEO Raheel Choudhary.
The franchisee is planning to open a second location in Lahore in a few weeks. Choudhary is also a franchisee of 38 Papa John’s restaurants in the UK.
Choudhary said: “We are excited about establishing and expanding the Papa John’s pizza brand in Pakistan. We believe that our passion for better ingredients will translate well to Lahore and throughout Pakistan.
“We also believe customers will love our quality pizza and we hope to become Pakistan’s favourite pizza chain.”
In addition, Papa John’s International is currently in pursuit of potential franchisees to expand its business in Australia, Japan, Brazil, and South Africa.
