Global pizza delivery company Papa Johns has announced a partnership with Loadmill, an AI-native test automation platform, to enhance its software testing capabilities.

The collaboration aims to utilise Loadmill’s advanced AI technology to refine Papa Johns’ testing processes, ensuring a seamless customer experience and fostering innovation in their service delivery.

The integration of Loadmill’s AI-driven application programming interface (API) testing platform is further set to revolutionise Papa Johns’ existing digital ordering systems as well as store technologies and dispatch applications.

By automating repetitive tasks and creating an interconnected testing framework, Loadmill will enable Papa Johns to deploy updates more rapidly, thus improving the user experience for customers worldwide.

Papa Johns Digital Engineering senior director Joshua Sullivan said: “Partnering with Loadmill is a pivotal step in Papa Johns’ journey to deliver a better experience for our customers.

“Loadmill’s AI-powered API testing will significantly accelerate our ability to delight customers with innovative features and products while maintaining the highest quality standards.”

Loadmill, founded in 2018 by Ido Cohen, Yigal Dviri and Shachar Landshut, specialises in streamlining the software testing lifecycle, particularly in end-to-end testing with a focus on the API layer.

The platform’s ability to integrate with all software development life cycle tools and workflows allows teams to achieve high efficiency and reliability in software development.

Loadmill CEO Ido Cohen said: “At Loadmill, we’re dedicated to delivering seamless digital experiences, and we are honoured to embark on this journey with Papa Johns.

“Our team is eager to help Papa Johns continue its legacy as a digital pioneer as the company evolves its software testing and reaches even higher levels of customer satisfaction.”
