Food and drink travel operator SSP Group has opened a new bar and kitchen, Par + Eagle, at Glasgow Prestwick Airport in Scotland.
The location will offer a range of breakfast options, including the all-day breakfast, avocado and eggs served on a toasted English muffin, and a selection of light choices for morning guests.
The all-day menu features various pub classics and house specials such as loaded burgers, southern fried chicken and beer-battered fish and chips, along with local draft beers, wines and cocktails.
In addition, the food and drink travel operator offers a kids menu, as well as vegan and vegetarian options.
SSP UK & Ireland CEO Simon Smith said: “We’re delighted to have opened our new Par+Eagle concept at Glasgow Prestwick Aiport. It’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy hearty, wholesome food in a friendly and relaxed environment.”
Glasgow Prestwick Airport commercial director Zoe Kilpatrick said: “We’re thrilled to have worked with SSP to create a new bar and restaurant area in our departure lounge.
“This significant investment from SSP has created a modern environment for our passengers to enjoy the high-quality menu and service the Par + Eagle offers before they head off to one of our holiday hotspots.”
In another development last week, SSP announced the opening of various restaurants such as Finland-based Jamie’s Deli and Moomin Coffee at Helsinki Airport.
Jamie’s Deli offers a hot breakfast, sandwiches, artisan pizza, fresh salads, snacks and more to guests visiting the new location.
Moomin Coffee offers a range of sandwiches, Moominmamma’s pancakes, ice cream desserts, milkshakes, smoothie bowls, salads and more at the location.
