Global foodservice technology company PAR Technology has completed the acquisition of Delaget, a provider of restaurant analytics and business intelligence solutions.  

The deal closed on 31 December 2024, with PAR purchasing all outstanding equity interests of Delaget for $132m, subject to adjustments. 

The transaction amount was principally paid in shares of PAR common stock. 

Delaget, established in 2001, supports 30,000 locations and works with more than 125 brands, including 40 of the top 50 North America-based restaurant concepts. 

Its platform offers data analytics, loss prevention and operational insights aimed at helping restaurant operators enhance efficiency and profitability. 

PAR Technology chief executive officer and president Savneet Singh said: “The acquisition of Delaget marks another strategic milestone in PAR’s mission to build the industry’s most comprehensive food service platform.”

Among the clients that rely on Delaget’s services are Taco Bell, KFC, Pizza Hut, IHOP and Burger King.
