Food service technology company PAR Technology has launched the PAR Clear communications headset system, to enhance customer experience at drive-through services.
The system’s high-definition audio addresses common issues such as order inaccuracies and long wait times by offering superior audio clarity, extended range, and user-friendly controls.
It will help quick-service restaurants (QSRs) improve operational efficiency, order precision, and customer satisfaction.
PAR Technology CEO Savneet Singh said: “PAR Clear isn’t just another headset system; it’s the next step in drive-thru innovation.
“We designed it to give operators a competitive edge with superior clarity and range that truly sets it apart from the competition. This is the future of drive-thru, and it’s here today.”
PAR Clear’s features include high-definition wideband audio and an advanced digital signal processor for audio clarity, even in noisy environments.
