Bakery-café brand Paris Baguette has announced the opening of its 200th location in North America.

The 200th café, situated at 549 Roosevelt Road in Glen Ellyn, Illinois, represents a substantial step in Paris Baguette’s growth within these markets.

Since launching its first US café in 2005, Paris Baguette has experienced consistent growth. Its expansion into Canada in 2023 further demonstrated the strength of its business model.

As a French-inspired bakery, Paris Baguette offers a variety of fresh daily breads, pastries, artisan cakes, savoury lunch options and handcrafted coffees.

The brand has a rapidly expanding loyalty programme with 750,000 members – a figure that has risen more than 36% since its relaunch in mid-July 2024.

Paris Baguette has enjoyed double-digit system-wide sales growth, reinforcing its market presence.

Paris Baguette has announced that 115 cafés are set to open across the US, with plans to enter new markets such as Connecticut, Delaware, Guam, Puerto Rico, Missouri and Oklahoma in the coming years.

The brand currently has more than 4,000 units across the globe.

Looking ahead to 2025 and beyond, Paris Baguette plans to reach the 1,000-café milestone, intending to revitalise the neighbourhood bakery café experience throughout North America.
