The platform also offers twenty unique features that enhance the user experience for customers placing orders and operators managing them.  

These functionalities include the Feed-o-meter, a visual tool indicating how close an order is to serving the intended number of guests, and the Catering Item Feed count, which helps customers estimate how many people each menu item will serve. 

Its Order Approvals feature flags new catering orders in the system for managerial review, thereby reducing the likelihood of errors or staffing issues.
