US investment management company Peachtree Group has unveiled a restaurant management division, marking an expansion into the quick-service restaurant (QSR) sector.
The division, spearheaded by Peachtree Group senior vice-president of corporate operations for hospitality management Daniel Puglisi, will initially concentrate on managing coffee shops, beginning with a Starbucks at AdventHealth Orlando.
Located within the hospital’s university campus, Starbucks at AdventHealth Orlando is now serving customers.
Peachtree Group, based in Atlanta, Georgia, has toured several other AdventHealth campuses, indicating potential future expansion sites for the division.
The group’s restaurant management division is in talks to expand its portfolio, targeting high-profile or high-demand markets. It aims to establish a nationwide presence of high-profile QSR coffee shop locations.
Puglisi said: “Our commitment to excellence in service and operational efficiency sets us apart in the industry.

By GlobalData“By leveraging our extensive hospitality expertise and premium brand partnerships, we can deliver exceptional experiences to our customers and value to our landlord partners.”
The division will manage all new and existing restaurant locations outside of Peachtree’s hotel portfolio, including the transition of a downtown Orlando Starbucks at a dual-branded Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 Suites by Hilton.
Its launch follows a year-long development process, which began with a lease agreement in August 2023 and saw construction commence in February 2024.
Peachtree Group managing principal and CEO Greg Friedman said: “Since our founding in 2007, we have consistently grown by identifying inefficient markets and capitalising on them to achieve strong returns and build sustainable businesses.
“The expansion into restaurants from our existing hospitality management capabilities was a natural evolution. Our partnership with AdventHealth marks a significant milestone as we look to replicate this successful model across their network and other captive locations.”
