Pizza Hut has announced the launch of Pizza Caviar – a first-of-its-kind product that aims to blend the luxury of caviar with the comfort of pizza, offering a new experience for food enthusiasts.

The rise of high-low food pairings in upscale restaurants has inspired Pizza Hut to create the bite-sized pearls that taste like pepperoni.

It is designed for dipping, dunking and bumping [licking a small portion of food off the back of one’s hand].

Pizza Caviar is featured in the newly introduced Pizza Caviar Bump Box, a luxurious twist on the brand’s My Hut Box.

This offer comprises a cheese Personal Pan Pizza, a choice of three plain boneless wings or fries, and pepperoni-flavoured Pizza Caviar.

Pizza Hut chief marketing officer Melissa Friebe stated: “As a brand that’s always pushing the boundaries of what pizza culture can be, we saw an opportunity to take one of today’s biggest food trends and make it our own. Pizza Caviar is our way of bringing a touch of indulgence, while staying true to the flavours people love from Pizza Hut.”

The offer will be available exclusively at the Pizza Hut on 8th Avenue in New York City, US from 10 April to 12 April 2025.

The launch follows the recent introduction of a customisable Pizza Charcuterie board in celebration of Pi Day, priced at $24.99 at participating locations.

In December 2024, Pizza Hut unveiled a new restaurant in Plano, Texas, offering US customers a dining experience with a focus on digital convenience and sustainability.
