US-based fast-casual restaurant chain Pizza Ranch has announced a partnership with Onosys, a provider of enterprise digital ordering platforms, to improve its off-premises guest experience.
The first phase of the collaboration was completed in June 2024, focusing on creating an intuitive and seamless experience for customers ordering outside the restaurant premises.
Pizza Ranch digital marketing manager Courtney Boone said: “We are hearing great feedback from our community regarding the new online ordering solution.
“This was a very strategic and significant project for Pizza Ranch. The Onosys team was extremely flexible and found multiple solutions to issues throughout the process; they are a valued partner.”
The digital ordering solution implemented by Onosys is designed to integrate with Pizza Ranch’s point-of-sale system, ensuring real-time updates on product data, including pricing, availability, stock levels, lead times and taxes.
The integration aims to streamline the ordering process and enhance accuracy for both the restaurant and its customers.
