Nevada-based entrepreneur and former area developer for Atlanta-based Topical Smoothie Café Dina Mitchell is set to open a new restaurant chain named PowerSoul Café.
It is expected to be the world’s first 100% gluten-free fast-food restaurant chain.
Beginning with Nevada, Mitchell plans to open approximately 159 PowerSoul Café locations. Each location is expected to range from 500ft² to 1,500ft².
PowerSoul Café will offer 24-hour service to customers and also feature a smoothie drive-thru.
The first location will be opened to the public next year, followed by six additional sites in the same year.
Mitchell also plans to expand the fast-food restaurant chain footprint inside casinos, sporting arenas and airports.
