PREP Kitchens, a provider of commercial kitchen spaces, has announced plans to expand its operations to Dallas, Texas.

The new facility, expected to open in the first quarter of 2025, will be located at 1499 Regal Row and is designed to support a wide range of food industry professionals.

The 60,036ft² Dallas location will contain 53 private professional kitchens, a shared kitchen with ten stations, and ten mobile food service operations bases.

The expansion is aimed at meeting the growing demands of food producers, bakers, caterers, meal prep companies and food trucks in the Dallas area.

Since 2014, PREP has been offering a comprehensive suite of services: mentorship, compliance and licensing support, procurement, marketing, sales assistance and financial planning.

PREP’s facilities offer flexible rental options, from hourly to dedicated kitchen spaces, alongside mentorship programmes and strategic location benefits.

The Dallas project is part of PREP’s broader expansion strategy, with developments also underway in Austin, Greenville, Houston, Phoenix, Tampa and San Antonio.

This growth reflects PREP’s commitment to lowering the barriers for food entrepreneurs and providing essential resources to launch and grow their businesses in the market.

PREP co-founder Romildo Marranci said: “PREP is a catalyst for economic growth in every city we enter, including in Dallas.

“By providing affordable, compliant kitchen spaces and essential business support, we empower local food entrepreneurs in the Dallas area to thrive.

“This not only creates jobs but also stimulates local economies, boosts the culinary scene and fosters a vibrant community of innovation and collaboration.”
