US-based hospitality firm QSR Automations has partnered with Google to integrate reservation management platform DineTime into Reserve with Google.
Reserve with Google allows customers to explore and reserve services using Google Search and Google Maps.
Leveraging DineTime’s application programming interface, the integrated platform provides restaurants with real-time inventory to diners scouting for a table.
QSR Automations CEO and founder Lee Leet said: “Online search is driving businesses today. Google is a window for customers to view services and availability, so operators need to make sure their restaurants are being represented.
“Our partnership with Google will connect restaurants to more customers. Reserve with Google puts DineTime restaurants out in front when search intent is high, increasing visibility, reservation bookings and generate more revenue.”
Along with Google, QSR Automations aims to make technology more approachable and easier for restaurants to use.

To book a table, Google users need to search for a restaurant, select the restaurant of their choice, view the restaurant details to know available reservation times, and then confirm a reservation through DineTime.
