US-based software solutions company Restaurant365 is set to unveil a fully-integrated Accounts Payable (AP) automation solution to assist restaurants.
The AP solution will offer automated invoice capturing, approvals and a payment processing service.
According to the company, the solution completely automates the payment process through a single platform, thereby reducing the need for a manual AP process and third-party systems.
The solution streamlines the capture and entry of AP invoices and credit memos by taking electronic invoices as input. Digital conversion is possible for all paper invoices.
Restaurant owners can introduce customisable rules based on multiple variables to route invoices through a new workflow module. Several levels of approvals can be set up as per an individual restaurant’s requirements.
The platform also allows users to create and send payments for automated delivery, which in turn eliminates the need for manual printing of checks or manual uploads of ACH files.
