US-based Roy Rogers Restaurants has signed a lease agreement to open a new outlet in Leesburg, Virginia.
The new location will be situated within The Shops at Russell Branch, a 62,000ft² shopping centre.
Set to open in late next year, the new restaurant will be the brand’s third venture in Loudoun County.
The new venue will occupy a 2,800ft² space and will feature a modern drive-through prototype.
Peterson Companies, the developer behind The Shops at Russell Branch, will collaborate with Roy Rogers to secure municipal planning approvals.
The planning process will take up to October 2025.
