Roy Rogers Restaurants, headquartered in the US state of Maryland, has confirmed the lease for a new outlet in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, marking a significant return to the southern New Jersey and Philadelphia markets after several decades.
The opening is scheduled for spring 2025 and the outlet will be the only burger drive-through on Haddonfield Road.
The upcoming 3,300 ft² location will be situated among 3 million ft² of premium retail space and will cater to surrounding mixed-use communities, neighbourhoods, businesses and schools.
The redesigned storefront will showcase Roy Rogers’ distinctive wood and black iron décor, reflecting a clean and natural aesthetic.
To enhance customer convenience and service efficiency, the restaurant will incorporate modern technology such as electronic menu boards, ordering kiosks, and digital drive-through menu boards.
Roy Rogers Restaurants co-president Jim Plamondon said: “We could not be happier to bring our USDA [US Department of Agriculture] choice top round roast beef, juicy burgers and fresh, hand-breaded fried chicken back to Cherry Hill.
