Restaurant chain Rudy’s Pizza Napoletana plans to expand its presence in the UK by opening two new London locations in December 2023, reported the Hackney Gazette.
The pizzeria, which serves authentic classical Neapolitan-style pizzas, will open a new location in Shoreditch High Street on 4 December.
Located below the new Fora office development, the two-floor restaurant will feature a light and airy ground-floor space, and a smaller basement dining room and courtyard.
Rudy’s then plans to open a Fitzrovia restaurant on a corner plot in Tottenham Court Road on 18 December.
Rudy’s makes fresh dough daily using Caputo “00” flour which is fermented for at least 24 hours. The dough is then cooked for around 60 seconds to create soft classic pizzas.
Marinara, Margherita, Calabrese and Porchetta varieties are available. The Calabrese pizza is topped with tomato, fior di latte, basil and ‘nduja sausage and the Porchetta pizza includes roast porchetta, sage roasted potatoes and smoked mozzarella.
