Samosa Singh, an Indian fast food restaurant chain originally called WoknStove Foodworks, has marked the beginning of 2025 with significant expansion in India, with two new outlets in Hyderabad and a manufacturing facility in Bengaluru.

The move is part of the brand’s strategy to enhance customer experience with its signature samosas and other food offerings, as reported by ETHospitalityWorld.com

The new manufacturing facility in Bengaluru will help boost Samosa Singh’s operations, ensuring quality and scaleability as it aims for further expansion in the country.

Samosa Singh cofounder Nidhi Singh stated: “Nothing could be a better way to kick off the new year than with the opening of two new outlets and a manufacturing facility. This expansion is in line with our aim to provide a taste of India’s rich culinary heritage through high-quality street food.”

“We are incredibly grateful for the support and growth we have experienced in the past years and we believe that it has laid a solid foundation for what’s to come. As we step into 2025, we are filled with excitement and optimism for the boundless opportunities ahead for Samosa Singh.”

The brand will be introducing new flavours in 2025.

It has rapidly expanded its presence since transitioning from a B2B model to opening physical stores in December 2023.

The brand now operates more than 40 stores, including 15 physical quick-service restaurants (QSRs) across major cities.

Its menu includes samosas, kachuri, mini meals, platters, chaat and other beverages.  Founder Shikhar Veer Singh said: “This year, we are more committed than ever to expanding our reach and delighting our customers with fresh innovative flavours.

“A special thanks and heartful gratitude go out to our customers for their continued love and support – they are the driving force behind our success, and we couldn’t have reached this point without them. Together we are ready to make 2025 a year of bold growth.”
