Schulte Hospitality Group has entered a partnership with 34th Floor Hospitality to bolster restaurant management capabilities.
34th Floor will become a wholly owned Schulte subsidiary.
The deal will enable Schulte to bolster its restaurant services by harnessing the expertise of 34th Floor co-founders Olivier Zardoni and Alex Taylor.
The companies did not disclose the financial terms of the deal.
Schulte Hospitality Group chairman and CEO Darryl Schulte said: “We are pleased to welcome Olivier, Alex and the 34th Floor team to Schulte Hospitality Group.
