Sculpture Hospitality, a provider of beverage and food inventory management solutions, has announced the launch of a new ordering feature.
This tool is designed to optimise the ordering process, enabling clients to manage inventory with greater efficiency and accuracy.
The ordering feature is a response to client feedback and industry demand, complementing Sculpture Hospitality’s suite of inventory management services.
It aims to improve efficiency and accuracy, allowing clients to manage their inventory and purchasing seamlessly, without additional costs.
Sculpture Hospitality New York and Ontario regional director George Jinargyros said: “This is a tool that our clients have been asking for, and we’re thrilled to offer it as a free value add.
“The feature allows users to take the intelligence we provide through our inventory analysis and directly integrate it into their purchase orders. This saves time and reduces the guesswork, which is a game changer for many of our clients.”

By GlobalDataThe feature integrates with Sculpture Hospitality’s existing systems, enabling clients to create purchase orders using real-time inventory data, make necessary adjustments, and directly send orders to vendors.
This process is designed to save time and prevent over or under-ordering, which can lead to cost savings and more efficient operations.
The industry is claimed to benefit significantly from the launch of this feature, especially as digital ordering solutions become more widespread.
While some vendors still require orders via email, Sculpture Hospitality is planning future integrations with vendor portals to further streamline the ordering process.
Sculpture Hospitality stated this intelligent ordering feature is part of a series of enhancements it is introducing as it continues to innovate in inventory management technology.
Sculpture Hospitality CEO and president Vanessa De Caria said: “Sculpture Hospitality has always been about providing our clients with the tools they need to succeed and offering this new feature at no additional cost is a perfect example of that.
“By using the ordering feature, our clients can rely on accurate data to make informed purchasing decisions without any extra expense, which strengthens their operations and helps them stay competitive in the market.”
Sculpture Hospitality also launched a new inventory management application for restaurants and bars in October 2021.
