US-based casual restaurant chain Rockfish Seafood & Grill has expanded its offerings with the launch of a range of food items.
The new menu consists of seafood and non-seafood options, including deviled eggs topped with lobster, crab & artichoke stuffed salmon, ahi tuna poke bowl, crab topped Alaska cod, lobster roll and a burger.
The restaurant has revamped existing items such as flash fried calamari with blistered shishito peppers, Alaska cod & chips and mussels.
The company has also replaced its mashed potatoes with loaded smashed potatoes and mashed sweet potatoes with sweet potato tots, topped with basil-parmesan and a side of truffle aioli.
Rockfish Seafood & Grill CEO Seth Wilkinson said: “We have always had a significant amount of food that we make from scratch, but with this new menu, about 99% of the items will be scratch made in-house.”
The restaurant chain has enhanced many ingredients on the menu such as a sushi grade Ahi Tuna, replacing pollock with Alaska cod as well as chicken breast with a larger product, and upgrading steak to a beef tenderloin filet.
