Fine casual dining brand Shake Shack has announced the opening of its first location at Atlantis Paradise Island resort in the Bahamas.
The restaurant offers a wide range of menu items, including made-to-order Angus beef burgers, crispy chicken, hot dogs, hand-spun milkshakes and house-made lemonades.
The restaurant brand stated that some of its shakes and concrete desserts, such as its Sunset Shake, Buried Treasure Concrete and its Guava Cheesecake Concrete, will be exclusively available at this location.
Shake Shack Atlantis features a full 360-degree hexagon-shaped bar and floor-to-ceiling glass walls that offer up-close views of Atlantis’ The Dig aquarium.
Its offerings also include the Paradise Crunch Salad and cocktails such as Rum Punch, Tropical Spritz, Tropical Spritz and Strawberry Guava Mojito.
Atlantis Paradise Island Bahamas president and managing director Audrey Oswell said: “Shake Shack Atlantis is the first Shack to open in a resort location anywhere in the world. Guests will enjoy Shake Shack’s classic menu items and new offerings that exemplify the flavors and customs of the Bahamas.”
The new Shake Shack restaurant is said to be part of major developments within the resort’s dining collection.
In April this year, Shake Shack unveiled plans to open a new location in Tel Aviv, Israel, in 2024.
For this new venture, Shake Shack partnered with Fox Group CEO Harel Wizel and Yarzin Sella Group, a culinary group in Israel that owns more than 30 restaurants. It also operates corporate dining services in more than seven countries.
